The Gaia Farm is a family owned estate run by multi-generational coffee farmers who’s land is located in the Karatu district of Tanzania. The farm is situated along the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unbroken caldera in the world with incredibly scenic escarpments and a fertile open range that has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979.
Profile note: This is a dark roasted coffee with all the classic notes you’d expect from a dark coffee. Dark Choclate, light smoky overtone, light malt and bitters.
