Use water temperatures between 195-200 degrees.
Chemex & Pour-Over:
Pre-rinse all paper filters.
Begin by pouring approximately 75ml (1/3 cup) of water over grounds, rest for 1 minute, then slowly add remaining water.
French Press:
Add water to grounds in French Press.
Let rest 4 minutes, then gently stir crust formed on top. Rest again for additional 4 minutes before slowly pushing plunger into carafe. stop short of the bottom as it disturb “fines” that have settled. Gently pour into your cup to minimize sediment.
