Ethiopia Guji Gerba Dogo

from $25.00

This coffee is grown by the Shonora family in the Gerba Dogo farm area located within the Dogo Sodu Kebele, Guji Zone, Ethiopia. The region is noted for its high-quality coffee, grown at elevations over 2200 meters above sea level (masl). The coffee beans are smaller in screen size and higher in density due to the more extreme climate ranges occurring in higher altitudes. After harvest, the coffee cherries are fermented for 12 hours then pulped and dried in the sun. This process leads to a brighter cup of coffee with enhanced aromatic-floral notes and juicy sweetness.
