This heirloom coffee was grown by small scale farmers near the village of Dambi Uddo in Ethiopia’s famed Guji zone within the Oromia Region. Many of the farms have less than a few hundred coffee trees and are inter-cropped with other fruits and vegetables. After “cherry” harvest, the coffee was transported and processed at a mill within the woreda of Odo Shakiso.
