This coffee is called Pequeñas Granjas, which means “small farms” and is a blend of coffee from several Colombia coffee growing regions. The coffee is processed on the farms – usually wet process, then pulped, fermented, and dried. The beans are then taken to Descafecol, a state of the art decaffeination facility located in Manizales, Caldas, where it undergoes a natural-direct “sugar cane” process.
