





Costa Rica - Red Honey El Coyote
We are currently profiling this new Costa Rican coffee and should have it available to ship by the Tuesday Sptember 16.
The El Coyote farm is operated by the Solis family in Tarrrazu’s Talamanca Sierra highland region where they also operate the Don Oscar micro processing mill. Villalobos is a mutation of the Typica varietal mostly found in Costa Rica. Red Honey process refers to the pectin-mucialge that is left intact on the coffee bean after it is pulped and when dry turns a reddish color. It is noted for its more fruity aspect.
