This low-intervention washed Gesha coffee was grown on the Terrazzo farm in Huila, Colombia owned and operated by Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso of Terra Coffee. Wbeimar is a third- generation coffee farmer. Gesha coffee originated from western Ethiopia forests over 100 years ago. Care and precision in coffee cherry processing are prerequisites for the unique and delicate profile this Gesha coffee offers. Coffee cherries are depulped, fermented 36-48 hours, then dried primarily in the shade for 20-30 days.
