Grower: 168 women coffee producers associated with Rosalba Cifuentes

Region: La Rinconada, Barrio montaña and Bella Vista, Chiapas, Mexico

Elevation: 1550-1650 MASL

Process: Fully washed and dried in the sun

Variety: Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor

Flavor Profile: Dates, Black tea, milk chocolate, tart cherry, lighter mouth feel, lighter body for a medium roast coffee.
